Franz Stettner & Sohn is one of the largest fine fruit distilleries in Bavaria and has its own fleet of vehicles, a tank volume store of over 3 million liters and six fully automatic filling lines on the 40,000 m² company premises. In our extensive range you will find a wide variety of fine fruit brandies and liqueurs, fine wines as well as Federweissers, mulled wine, sparkling wine, champagne, fruit and honey wines. On July 12, 1949, the 21-year-old student Franz Stettner received permission from the main customs office to produce alcoholic spirits and liqueurs. One year after the currency reform and with the tightest of funds, Franz Stettner decided to take part in the reluctantly burgeoning business life in Bavaria, which was still under American occupation. Almost a year after the start, Stettner was able to expand the range by trading in wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Today, at the end of Stettnerstrasse, there is an exemplary large wine cellar and fine fruit distillery.
